42 Kent Street, Epping, New South Wales, Australia
My idea to improve this place
Leaflet to all residents in higher-density-residential zones (not just 42 Kent Street) re: where/how to throw rubbish properly, with unambiguous diagrams and in multiple languages
So that people could...
A] live in a clean and healthy environment due to no incorrectly-filled and/or overfilled wheelie bins attracting ants rats and disease
B] avoid hazards on/near the footpath and subsequent litigation due to either large rubbish dumped outside collection days and/or inappropriate rubbish e.g. building materials, broken glass etc.
C] know what to do with certain rubbish not meant for the wheelie bins or the roadside
D] residents both old and new are more aware, mindful of others and their duty of care to the environment they live in (not just within their units/apartments!) and be more vigilant, including the reporting of illegal dumping e.g. building materials and packaging at night from non-residents
Because I want Epping to be...
Safer and cleaner for all!
